1. General Terms & Structure

• 1.1 Real Money Only: The Evoplay Network Autumn Season of Legends Tournament is available to play in real mode only.
• 1.2 Tournament Schedule: The tournament runs during four set periods each month (1st–5th, 9th–13th, 17th–21st, and 25th–29th) starting at 00:01 UTC and ending at 23:59 UTC on the 5th day of each block.
• 1.3 Total Prize Pool: The combined total prize amount is €393,000, split into monthly pools of €131,000 for September, October, and November.
• 1.4 Network Leaderboard: The leaderboard is consolidated across all operators participating in this network campaign.
• 1.5 GGR Deduction: All prizes are deducted from the GGR before invoicing, regardless of the contract's Bonus Deduction percentage.
• 1.6 Currency Conversion: The prize pool and minimum bet are set in EUR and may be subject to currency conversion fluctuations.

2. Qualification & Mechanics

• 2.1 Qualified Games & Prize Pool: The campaign features a designated list of qualified games and a EUR prize pool distributed according to tournament rules.
• 2.2 Qualification Requirements: Players must place a minimum bet of 0.20 EUR (or currency equivalent) to qualify for prizes.
• 2.3 Competition Mechanics: Every qualified spin earns points based on rounds played in participating games. Accumulated points determine the player’s leaderboard position.

3. Prize Distribution

• 3.1 Winner Crediting: Once a tournament ends, eligible operators receive the winner list to credit prizes. If autopayments are enabled, prizes are credited automatically.
• 3.2 Withdrawable Cash: Cash prizes are credited directly to players’ accounts as withdrawable funds by the casino following the promotion's conclusion.

4. Fair Play, Errors & Disqualification

• 4.1 Errors and Faults: Evoplay reserves the right to void scores or withhold prizes if any part of the score results from an obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts).
• 4.2 Cheating & Collusion: Evoplay reserves the right to void scores or withhold prizes if it reasonably suspects cheating or collusion with other players.

5. Operational & Operator Conditions

• 5.1 Compensation & Announcements: The compensation system reflects the prize pool and designated number of leaders. Players receive a pop-up notification 2 days prior to tournament start.
• 5.2 Operator Opt-In: Operators must submit participation at least seven (7) days before the campaign launch.
• 5.3 Tournament Modifications: Evoplay reserves the right to amend or cancel the tournament at any time.
